I, M. A. Bible, having sound mind and diseased body do make and publish my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all others by me made at any day prior.

First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my debts be paid as soon after my death as possible out of any moneys that I may die possessed of or may first come into the hands of Executor.

Second, I direct the lands owned and possessed by me and known as the home place and Davis Tract Situate [?] on Little Chucky be equally divided amongst my eight children viz: Martha A. Dearstone, Newton Bible, Thomas C. Bible, Sarah J. Baxter, Mary E. Rader, Susan C. Reed, Lena Bible and Herman S. Bible. Said division to be made according to value.

Third, I direct that the tract of land owned by me near the town of Greeneville, Tenn including what is commonly called as the "Gallows Holler" be sold and the proceeds equally divided amongst the eight children mentioned above. After my funeral expenses and just debts have been paid.

Fourth, I direct that all my household and kitchen furniture and all appertenances belonging thereto be equally divided between Herman S. and Lena Bible.

Fifth, I further will to the said Herman S. and Lena Bible all my interest in one phone line known as the Epson line together with the Telephone attached to same.

Sixth, I direct that Herman S. Bible receive an equal share with what each of my other sons have received of all farming tools, gears &c by me possessed.

Seventh, I bequeath to Herman S. Bible one bay mare and one dehorned roan cow.

Lastly I do hearby nominate and appoint A. M. Bible my Executor.
