Mrs. Emily B. Bible of Bismarck was born on January 8, 1909 in St. Francois County and passed away on February 26, 1971 at Bismarck at the age of 62 years, one month and 18 days, She was a daughter of the late John Frank Williams and Geneva Jarrette Williams.

Mrs. Bible is survived by her husband, Jesse Bible of Desloge; three daughters, Velma (Mrs. Marvin) Dawson, St. Louis; Alma (Mrs. Wilbur) Stark, Carthage; Stella Jean (Mrs. Luther) Olive of DeLassus; one son, Harry Bible of Desloge; four sisters: Reva, (Mrs. Edgar) Harrington, Edna (Mrs. Arthur) Crites and Annie (Mrs. John) Lunsford Jr.., all of Farmington; Dorothy (Mrs. Thomas) Crites of Ashland, Ky,; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Chapel service was held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at Miller's Funeral Home with the Rev. J. Loren Jolly officiating. Interment was in Knob Lick Cemetery, Knob Lick, St. Francois, MO with Miller Service.
