Jesse Aaron Bible

He was born Feb. 4,1893 in Knob Lick to the late Aaron and Mary Bayless Bible. He was preceded in death by his wife, Emily Bible, three daughters and two sons.
Mr. Bible was an army veteran of World War I.
He is survived by two daughters Velma Dawson of Lemay and Stella Olive of Doe Run, one son, Harry Bible of Desloge and one sister, Margaret Sikes of Farmington.
Funeral services were held today at 2 p.m. at the Miller Chapel with the Rev. Herman Shumake officiating. Burial was in Knob Lick Cemetery.
