Bonnie Jean Bible, 67, of 40 North 3rd West, Green River, Wyoming died at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, May 11, 1997 at her home in Green River. A resident of Green River for the past 17 years and former resident of California, Mrs. Bible, had been in ill health for the past few months.

She was born on March 7, 1930 in St. Francois, Missouri, the daughter of the late Dallas W. and Pearl Dane Cummings. Mrs. Bible attended schools in Missouri and married John Calvin Bible in Esther, Missouri on August 2, 1947. He preceded her in death on June 24, 1993.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Wayne Calvin and Tammy Bible of Green River; her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Ross Padilla of Canyon Lake, California; her brother, Bill Cummings of Flat River, Missouri; 5 grandchildren and 3 nieces.

Private graveside funeral services and interment were held in the Riverview Cemetery in Green River.-- Reverend Charles Grubb of the Monroe Avenue Baptist Church conducted the services.
