Esther Naomi (Holley) Bible

Mrs Esther Naomi Bible of Leadington was born March 20, 1905 at Mine La Motte and passed away August 26, 1974 at Farmington, at the age of 69 years. She was a daughter of the late Henry Holley and Kathryn Womack Holley.

She was preceeding in death by her husband, John Bible

Mrs Bible is survived by the following children: Doris Roenig, of Van Nuys, Calif.; Helen (Mrs. John) Wilt, St. Louis; Mrs. Betty Marshall of Detroit, Michigan; Muriel Bova[Boys?] of St. Louis; Nelda (Mrs. E. F.) Bleckler of Bonne Terre; Linda Davis of Maplewood; John C. Bible of Torrence, Calif.; Vernon Bible of Cincinatti, Ohio' Raymond Bible of San Diego, California; Howard Bible of St. Louis; Ivan Bible of Tucson, Arizona; two sisters, Mae Baughman and Audrey Scott, both of St. Louis; three brothers: Bud Holley of Viburnum and Leroy Holley of Blue Springs, Mo.; 49 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Aug. 29, 2 p.m. at the Esther First Baptist Church with the Rev. V. E. Defreece officiating. (Woodlawn Cemetery, Farmington, St. Francois, MO)
