Nellie Mae Holloway, 83, of Elvins, died April 2 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was born Jan. 18, 1905 in Madison County, MO, daughter of the late Joseph L. and Minnie Castile(sic) Bible

Mrs. Holloway was a member of the Elvins First Baptist Church and 0.E.S. 260 in Desloge.

She is survived by her husband, William M. Holloway of Elvins; one daughter, Mary Jane (Mrs. James) Boyer of Florissant; one brother, James Bible of Sullivan; three sister(sic), Mrs. Jack Watts and Una (Mrs. Clifford) Smith, both of Desloge, and Josie (Mrs. Homer) Sebastian of Elvins; three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Caldwell Funeral Home in Flat River.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Caldwell Funeral Chapel in Flat River with Rev. James Marler officiating.

Burial will be in Doe Run Memorial Cemetery, Doe Run, St. Francois, MO
