William A Holloway, 102, of Desloge., passed away Oct. 12, 1999, at NHC HealthCare of Desloge. He was born June 12, 1897, in Doe Run, son of the late Jesse Lee and Emma 'Bilderback' Holloway. Also preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Holloway in 1988; one brother, Lee Holloway and one sister, Rebecca Robinson.

Survived by: one daughter, Marv Jane, Mrs, James Boyer of Desloge; three grandchildren: Michael and wife, Debbie Bover of Virginia; Bill and his wife Shiela Boyer of Scott City; Becky, Mrs. Phil Meador of Park Hills; six great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, other reIatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday at 4:30 p.m. at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home. Masonic service will be Thursday at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be at the Horton-Wampler Funeral Home with Rev. Lucien Bozarth officiating. Burial in Doe Run Memorial Cemetery, Doe Run, St. Francois, MO. Memorials: Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital or St. Vincent De Paul Food Bank.
