Edna Barton Bible, 82, widow of Rufus Bible, formerly of 3504 Old Buncombe Road, died Monday, Nov. 27, 2000.

Member: Parisview Baptist Church.

Survivors: A son, Donnie Bible and his wife, Teresea, of Greenville; a granddaughter, Michelle Bible Cantrell and her husband, Drill Sgt. Douglas Cantrell, of El Paso, Texas; and three great-grandchildren. Predeceased: Parents, Ruben Shaw and Lydia Robertson Barton; and a brother, Everett Shaw Barton.

Private memorial service: Today at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive.
