Clarence P. Rodehaver

Services for Clarence P. Rodehaver, 89, Parma Heights, formerly of Coshocton County, who died Saturday in Parma, will be held at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday at the Free Funeral Home. Rev. Russell Hoy will officiate with burial in Prairie Chapel Cemetery. (December 1973)

Friends may call at the local funeral home 7 to 9 P.M. Tuesday and until time for services Wednesday.

Mr. Rodehaver was born June 16, 1884, at Walhonding, a son of Franklin and Martha Rodehaver. On December 24, 1908, he married to Ada Bible, who survices. The couple would have observed their 65th wedding anniversary today.

He was employed for 42 years as a letter carrier for the Postal Department, five years in Coshocton and 37 years in Pittsburgh. Retiring in 1951, he and his wife moved first to West Lafayette before moving to later to Parma Heights.

Besides the widow of 6903 York Road., Parma Heights, survivors are one son, Eddie Rodehaver, of the home and number of nieces and nephews. Six bothers and two sister are deceased.
