MORRISTOWN - Virgie Mae Anderson Bible, 98, of the Warrensburg community, died Friday night in North Charleston, S.C.

Mrs. Bible was born Dec. 3, 1900. She was the widow of Sam Bible.

Survivors include her daughter: Marlene Bible Dawson of North Charleston; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister: Josie Barnett of Hendersonville, N.C.; a stepson: L.B. Bible of Erwin; and several stepgrandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 1-2 this afternoon at Warrensburg Baptist Church.

The funeral service will follow at 2 o'clock with interment to be in Warrensburg United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Bernie Cagle will officiate.

Pallbearers will be J.B. Marshall, Allen Foster, Alan Broyles, Billy Foster, Clyde Broyles, and Donald Dawson.

Memorial contributions may be made to Warrensburg Baptist Church.

Westside Chapel Funeral Home in Morristown is in charge of arrangements.
